Cellaring Options

Selecting the right cellaring option depends on your choice of cellaring facility depends on your individual requirements.  It is important to consider whether you would like personal access to some or all of your wine and how quickly your collection may grow.  You may decide that a combination of cellaring options is the best solution for you now or as your needs change over time.

Managed Cellarage
If you want ideal conditions for your wine without the time consuming tasks involved in accessing your wine and maintaining your cellar, MacPhee's Managed Cellarage may be the best option for you.  With the managed cellarage option:

• You can view your cellar records online anytime
• As you purchase more wine, you can arrange for it to be delivered directly to MacPhee’s.  Once catalogued, we will add it to the rest of your wine collection.
• To access your wine, simply log in to your online cellar and select the wines you wish to drink.  You may then choose to collect your wine from MacPhee's or we can arrange delivery to your chosen location.

Private Cellars
Having your own private cellar means you can personally access your wine at your leisure during business hours. Benefits include:

• Maintain total control of your wine collection
• Choice of various sizes
• MacPhee's can assist with online cellar records, access and delivery if required

Private Vaults
A very limited number of private vaults have been designed exclusively for clients seeking the ultimate in wine cellaring.  Individual bottle racking means you are able to instantly select a wine, while some shelving is included to cater for magnums and special cases.
